My sister just sent me a link for incontinence underwear. 3rd pregnancy, and I have accidents from sneezing or coughing 🤧 🙃 guess I need to work on kegals 🤣🤣🤣

How do you tackle your medical bills while pregnant ? I have an outstanding bill that’s $709 and I’ve been paying little by little.. but everytime i have an appointment they ask me to add money towards the bill which annoys me

Hey I would at least put down $20 per visit just so they see that your willing. They can’t stop seeing you or providing service for you just because of a balance.

Goodmorning everyone, found out that I am pregnant 4w4d today, and this is my 5th pregnancy..2 miscarriages & 2 chemical pregnancies.. I’m commenting in the community because I am having what is believed to be uterine incontinence. I’m going literally every 10minutes-1hr sometimes are worse than others. My nurse said it’s normal because my uterus is stretching and growing and for me to consume 3x more water than normal. She says there is no cure, unfortunately. Just wondering has anyone had this , this early on in pregnancy and what can I do about it? #newtothisapp

Nothing really to do about it besides buy some disposable underwear just in case of accidents or wear a pad. I called myself trying to not drink anything and I ended up dehydrated trying to “fix the problem”
