Clear slimy discharge when i wipe is it normal?

This is a bit TMI but I just wiped and I had this long clear slimy thing come out and when I was bout to wipe I seen it just dangling out lol . Is this my mucus plug or not ? Click on pic to see it fully . #32weekstoday

This is my second pregnancy && also 5 months postpartum, im currently 8wks pregnant && experiencing light cramping and everytime i go to wipe the a very light amount of blood mixed in with my clear discharge, is this normal? My first appt isnt until next week

Every time i use the rest room there is a slime trail on the toilet paper when i wipe, but its not like a glob… could this still be the mucus plug or just discharge ? Its clear and has a sticky consistency.
