After giving birth does smoking weed again make you feel like some sort of anxiety like you can’t breath but it’s all in your head lol?

For me it wasn't that bad. The contractions were tolerable at first; alot like period cramps. The closer they got the more intense they got but again not too bad. I did get an epidural with all of them and I think that may be why I didn't feel bad contractions. From the monitor they put on my belly, my contractions didn't get really bad until after I got the epidural and had my water broke. By then I couldn't feel anything. I slept alot of the time as I waited to dilate to 10. As far as after the births, there was a little discomfort when using the bathroom due to the tearing and stitches. I wouldn't know how it feels with a natural birth but I'd assume it is a little more painful during but easier after birth.

Honestly I gotta say you just gotta prepare your self mentally. I have given natural birth and it's no fun, but as long as your determined and prepare yourself you got it😊

I’m officially 32 weeks and I woke up completely terrified about giving birth and what to expect after . I don’t feel like I’m prepared one bit and it’s giving me really bad anxiety . Any recommendations or encouraging words for first time expecting mothers?

No one is ready for giving birth. Nothing can get you prepared in my opinion. You forget the pain almost immediately. Bc after all that you see the joy of your life and you think about nothing else but that life. It will be the best feeling you have ever had.
