I haven't posted on here yet. My hubby and I failed for the seventh month to start our family. I am trying not to lose my hope. I didn't realize it was so hard! Any advice? We are both taking vitamin supplements that target specifically to help out our reproductive systems and I'm taking prenatals. Is there something else we are missing?

Try taking prenatals and my doctor told me u have sec a week before ur ovulation window like all seven days and then after some my doctor told me
U have to have a lot of sex lol

Hello love! I'm so sorry. Trying to conceive is so draining! I took prenatal vitamins, coq10 (for healthy eggs), baby aspirin (helps inflammation and implantation), and Mucinex in my fertile window to thin the CM! I also used ovulation strips so I knew when I was about to ovulate and BD every fertile day. Also, you can track your basal body temp. too to confirm you've ovulated. This is what I did, I hope this helps!
