Hey mommies this is my first pregnancy and I haven’t had any real symptoms besides my breasts being sore a little nauseous and tired but when I wear jeans now my stomach cramps and I get low back pain but when I’m wearing leggings or joggers I don’t feel anything and according to my period tracker I’m 5 weeks and three days I’m just not sure how accurate that is cause my OB appointment isn’t till the 10th of this month
