How do y’all stay positive after a miscarriage? Especially seeing everybody around you and I’m your family pregnant & have healthy babies? It’s been about 3-4 months for me since I’ve had my miscarriage and depression is whopping my butt. 😩

Just had my first HCG levels checked today. This is my first pregnancy after a miscarriage last year. I believe I am exactly 4 weeks and it was 54. The doctors told me this is on the lower side and are hoping to see the levels jump to 100 on Wednesday. Has this happened to anyone else and had a successful pregnancy when the numbers started lower? Also any tips for reducing anxiety until the next blood test would be great!
