Needing advice. I know the risk of high blood pressure while pregnant but what can I do for low blood pressure? I just sat up in bed and I fainted. My blood pressure is currently 90/56 after I came to and checked it. Any tips? Thank you

Low blood pressure and dizziness during pregnancy

If you feel dizzy, lie down on your left side immediately and elevate your legs with a pillow. If you haven't eaten in a few hours, you're probably hypoglycemic. Drink something sweet and have a snack. You'll be back on your feet in no time!

Has anyone suffered with low blood pressure entering the 3rd trimester? I can’t seem to keep my blood pressure elevated and I’ve been getting dizzy/faint.

Drink more water? Eat something salty but not overdo it to avoid high blood pressure.

Yes girl me all the time, I have passed out like 3 times already. I start feeling out of breath which is even hard to speak then blurry vision and feeling like fainting. I hate it but the only direction Dr told me is not to skip foods, 3 whole meals and 2 snacks during the day also stay hydrated with Electrolytes ♥️🥺

Hey anyone deal with low blood pressure and dizziness? I have morning sickness alll day long and can’t keep anything down. But when I’m not feeling sick I get so dizzy that I end up getting sick. My OB says it’s normal for pregnancy but I’m so over crying everyday from feelings so bad. #9weeks6days

Specialist sent me to labor and delivery for high blood pressure and swelled feet and dizziness. Hopefully they let me have these babies PLEASE 🙏 I’m so dizzy my head is hurting

Blood pressure was 106/59 just took it. And I’ve been having headaches and dizziness for days now. Should I go to the ER I don’t wanna keep going in but I keep having new problems that aren’t normal

Do you have a history of high blood pressure?
Your blood pressure isn't that high but if your concerned I would contact your doctor's office to see what may be going on

Anyone experience blood clots during pregnancy if so is really bad for a pregnancy and has any had really low blood pressure ?what is a normal blood pressure for a pregnant women ? My nurse said my blood pressure was extremely low 80/54!

That is low bp. And I have pcos so I experienced blood clots and bleeding w my son who is almost 9 yo and now during this pregnancy. You always have to check and make sure baby is ok of course, So I recommend a hospital visit. An ultrasound can assure that your baby is just fine. You'll be fine prayers for you. 🙏🏼
