Had it before. That's how I found out I was pregnant. 6\\7 weeks pregnant now... and I'm having it again and it hurts so bad.. how do I release the gas...

Muscular or renal, severe lower back pain during pregnancy is very common. 80% of pregnant women experience it.
As your belly gets rounder, your back becomes more arched, and your abs and ligaments become more stretched. As a result, you may experience severe lower back pain, even in the buttocks. Severe lower back pain can also be a urinary tract infection, accompanied by burning in the bladder.
To reduce the risk of lower back pain, drink plenty of fluids, lie down or sit up as much as possible, limit your weight gain to 22 to 26 lbs and wear comfortable shoes.
If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.

am I in labor? Lol constant severe lower back pain all the way to my legs. I can't lay down or sit to ease the pain. The only thing easing the pain is walking. But I am sick n I have a massive headache. Laying down aggravates the pain even more. Front does get tight but not much pain on the front.

Yes those are contractions. You’ll know if they’re Braxton hicks or real contractions if you’re timing them. Mines were 10 mins apart n last longer than a hour I went into labor the very next morning

Severe lower back pain 😭 feels like a pinched nerve but idk I’m only 11weeks and 3 days. What can I do? I’ve tried a bath, Tylenol and nothing is helping 😭

Is it normal to have severe lower middle back pain at 7 weeks pregnant? Last night I was fine then out of nowhere I got a really bad sharp pain go thru my back and it’s been hurting every since I can’t stand straight or move a certain way😣

I don't know about normal but this has happened to me during both pregnancies. It didn't start this early in my first pregnancy but my son compressed my sciatic nerve during my pregnancy and that pain was insane and I'm 7 weeks 6 days and the past two days my lower back like right in the center is just like a sharp shooting pain it's like impossible to bend over and pick things up

Yea that’s how I feel! I can’t move a certain way bend over or stand up straight. It came out of nowhere I can’t see my ob til June 20th so I was wondering if it’s normal and if maybe I should go to a er or a clinic😩

27 weeks and am experiencing severe lower back pain to the point I went to ER. Ultrasound showed that baby is fine, no signs of labor and no kidney stones. Suggesting a muscle spasm. However I can’t walk. Anyone experience this?

I was an excruciating pain with my last pregnancy and they did an ultrasound and found out that I had gallstones so I had to have gallbladder surgery after she was born

Any one else experience severe lower back pain or cramps / contractions after giving birth I know there normal but I feel like I’m in constant severe pain and they only gave me Tylenol 😒🤦🏻♀️

Hey spotting with cramps and severe lower back pain at 4/5weeks? I've had spotting and cramping before but never accompanied by this crazy lower back pain. Any ideas or suggestions? I am dehydrated a bit today and drinking my water currently lol
