Playing sports while pregnant

Stress reduction, improvement of the venous return, better recovery... The benefits of sport during pregnancy are well known.

Do you know the term "Fit mom"? These are mothers who continue to practice sports during their pregnancy. During the first trimester, you can continue to do your favorite activities, such as dancing or cycling. Of course, sports with a risk of falling or hitting, such as horseback riding or boxing, should be avoided!

In the second and third trimesters, you should take precautions and ask your obstetrician or midwife for advice. Avoid sudden movements, as your weight gain makes your joints more fragile.

Remember to drink plenty of fluids and stop if you feel tired!
