So someone hit my car and I have to replace my daughter’s car seat. But the guy’s insurance said they can only give me $100 for a new car seat. Um what?? No!

I’m having troubles deciding on which car seat is best… I’m a new mom, so I’m just going by reviews and safety. I’m stuck between 4ever dxl 4-1 car seat (holds 4-120lbs) and the Graco snugride snug fit 35 dxl infant car seat which comes with a stroller attachment. I’m so confused because wouldn’t I be able to put my newborn in the 4-1 car seat? Idk which is safer, but I really don’t wanna buy two car seats 😅

I’m 28 weeks pregnant almost 29, I’m already in my third trimester and I’m pretty sure she’s coming early. Plus we live in a small apartment so I didn’t see the the point in leaving it sitting in the box when it could be in the car and ready. Most of her stuff is put up and ready because it gives me more peace of mind that I won’t have to do it when I’m uncomfortable and can’t.

Anybody know anything about an expired car seat . ? I have a car seat that was giving to me, I’m trying to figure out can I use the expired one or just buy a new one? It expired April 23,2020. Any suggestions???
