Anyone have low iron in they pregnancy and taking prenatal vitamins and iron supplements is it safe to take because my doctor wants me to take my prenatal vitamins in the morning and the iron supplements and take iron supplements at night to I’m just wondering I don’t wanna harm my baby🥺 or me

I know the dre recommend something with a good amount of folic acid. Guess that's supposed to be really good for the baby

Damn this pregnancy I keep forgetting to take my prenatal vitamins 🤦♀️ I take them as soon as I remember but sometimes it be late at night.

Yeah I tried those and threw up instantly 😂 I take the Nature Bounty ones, they don’t have iron but my dr wrote me a prescription for iron

Set an alarm on your phone. Another way to build a habit is to add it to something else u already do. Like take em when u brush your teeth.
