My food aversions don’t let me eat most meats, veggies, fruits, even some dairy. 😫 I can’t handle anything sweet or greasy. Nothing with garlic or onions… even some spices get me gagging!! Nothing tastes the same! Anyone else?? #foodaversions #sosad #ilovefood #canteat

Ugh yes! I was like this towards the end of my first trimester and all the way to 24 weeks. Even water was hard to drink. But taking small bites and sipping throughout the day helps

I never really eat spicy/hot foods before! Now I want to add some hot sauce or some spice to all my food. Pregnancy can be strange. I found these new chips I love them and they settle my stomach!!
