Do you try and eat healthy for the gastrointestinal diabetes test or do you just eat whatever you want? I’m soo nervous for this test so I try to eat the best I can which is hard on a budget

I just ate whatever I wanted they are gonna give you a drink with a shit ton of sugar and stuff in it anyway so it’s not gonna really matter.
