I have a question for all you mommies that are pregnant with twins or have had twins, I'm 2wks away from being induced... if you had to choose between natural birth or cesarean with having a 5lbs 7oz baby as well as a 6lbs 1oz baby what would you do? See what my baby looks like in 3D 😍 I'm scheduled for a cesarean July 14th with my handsome boy and I cannot wait. My birthday is also July 14th, I told my husband he couldn't have given me a better birthday gift 💕 I have an ultrasound coming up soon on the 21st which I'm super excited for because it seems like a lifetime since I've had 1.. on something real this is my second cesarean, first one obviously wasn't planned and it was bad but for some reason I am terrified this time around and the closer it gets the worst my anxiety is messing with me. Any advice for second time cesarean births would be appreciated. . .

So my second pregnancy was a cesarean and my doctor said I'll most likely have another one. Does anyone know why once you have a cesarean they most likely have you do another one?

It depends how you were cut on your uterus, which will determine the safest delivery for you & baby. If the incision is horizontal, you may be able to have a vbac depending on other factors as well ofc. However, if it was vertical then C-Section bc they don't want too much pressure put on the uterus. My first pregnancy I had to have an emergency section with my twins bc I had them early. So this pregnancy, my Dr's needed to know how I was cut on my uterus. It was a classical csection (vertical) so I have to deliver at 36/37 weeks not to put too much pressure on my uterus.

thanks for explaining. Mines horizontal so I may be able to have a choice. I really would like to have another cesarean though. I had a better experience than my vaginal delivery.

I have fibroids and I’m 37 weeks and 3 days right now. I’ve been having contractions that are getting closer and closer so I don’t think I’m making it much longer. They didn’t tell me I needed a c-section but we will see once I’m in full blown labor. ❤️ sorry not much help since I’m still pregnant

No I didn’t miscarriage i was 22 weeks n 4 days into the pregnancy and had a cord prelapes so I have to have an emergency c section but I’m cut to different ways and now it’s hard to conceive and I’m devastated every time I get excited I get a negative test n it send me into a depression
