Is it true I will be billed for having my child birth in a hospital even if I have health insurance

Yes unless it's a form of medicaid you will have a deductible you are responsible to pay

this isn't something you pay up front don't freak. You will get a bill after birth. Make payments . Even the smallest payment weekly they can't send you to collections

So ladies, I’m pushing for a home birth experience instead of giving birth in the hospital. Is it best to hire a Midwife and Doula now, or should I wait until my third trimester? Currently 20 weeks as of today!🙌🏿❤️

This is what I want to do when my time comes in December but I would wait to be in the 2nd trimester so I suggest do it now

Yes I would. Especially if you’re more than 6 contractions per hour. Based on your other posts seems like you may be at risk for other complications. Better safe than sorry

I said I would never have another baby again due to my last experience with my son. I was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia in the hospital and it was traumatizing. But here I am baby #4 and honestly terrified. Decided to opt out of a hospital birth, and go to a birth center because I think the hospital had a lot to do with my BP spiking 😅 I’ve always hated hospitals . Anyways my midwife suggested I start taking baby aspirin asap…. But I have my concerns cus I’m soooo against medicine but I’ve seen it help lots of women and I also seen it not help…. Any one else going thru this ?😩
