Hi! Just hit 5 weeks yesterday. The only symptoms I’ve had so far is sore breasts, fatigue, and bloating. My first appt/ultrasound will be Feb 29th. Anybody else have little to no symptoms at this stage? Also tips on how to pass the time before my appt?

Any advice/tips to help me have a smooth labor & important things i should be prepared for? I wanna be prepared as much as I can before it comes so I know how to get thru it calmly & safely. I need good coping skills to get thru the pain, I'm very nervous ngl

Hey mom's! I am wanting to be as prepared as possible and I do have a lot of time left. What do I need to put in my hospital bag? I will be on my own while there and want to make sure I have EVERYTHING! Any and all suggestions help 🩵🤞 #28weeks #prepared #Boymom

Super random but I want to be more prepared. What do contractions feel like? I’ve heard and read a handful of different things and would like to be more prepared

I’m truly NOT being suicidal in any way or form, I might just be exaggerating with fear of delivery which SUCKS! ☹️ I truly would like to know if anyone else fears of dying when going in delivery? Does anyone at all think they’re going to die?! Like it’s going to be too much for your body? And women sharing their “horrible delivery experiences” on tiktok makes it worse each time I have to skip through a video of those but then I feel like I just need to be prepared for everything and anything which is sad lol like WTF?

Is it possible to start pumping and hand expressing a couple of weeks before giving birth? Trying to see if i can speed up the milk to “come in” and be prepared before baby comes!
