Discover prenatal yoga before your baby arrives

Practical and fashionable, yoga also helps you during your pregnancy and can be very useful during childbirth! Try prenatal yoga classes for the following good reasons:

  • It is useful to learn how to relax but also to strengthen your body deeply and gently.
  • It allows you to create harmony between your body and your mind, which will help you during the birth, from the first moments of labor.
  • It solves some small problems such as stomach aches, anxiety, or back pain.
  • You keep your mobility and flexibility during birth.

Hey ladies, I am 7 weeks pregnancy. Should start prenatal yoga now? Any suggestions for online classes or studio classes near Issaquah/Sammamish, Wa?

A little prenatal yoga and mediation helps SO much for sleep, syncing emotions, and finding a balance at the end of the day. ✨🫢🏻

Ok, these morning body aches are unbelievable. I may have to start doing prenatal yoga or see a chiropractor of some sort because this can’t be life. Anyone know of any remedies to relieve body aches and pain? Specifically in my shoulders and neck. Super stiff and tight in the morning and wakes me up throughout the night from the pain when I turn.

I need help with my mood and my sleep ! I cannot sleep at night I have done yoga for 3 years now and I have been continuing with that as well as prenatal yoga. But it does nothing for my sleep. And I believe I am starting to have beginnings of depression which is not like me. Now postpartum that's totally different story I had it bad the last 2 babies. ANY ADVICE, THOUGHT OR COMMENTS?
