Discover prenatal yoga before your baby arrives

Practical and fashionable, yoga also helps you during your pregnancy and can be very useful during childbirth! Try prenatal yoga classes for the following good reasons:

  • It is useful to learn how to relax but also to strengthen your body deeply and gently.
  • It allows you to create harmony between your body and your mind, which will help you during the birth, from the first moments of labor.
  • It solves some small problems such as stomach aches, anxiety, or back pain.
  • You keep your mobility and flexibility during birth.

Almost 20 weeks! I’m finally starting to feel normal somewhat. I do have to take naps throughout the day. I told myself at 20 weeks, time to start prepping my body for labor. I think I finally have the energy for prenatal yoga.

Hi ladies, My doctor told me I might have placenta previa if my placenta doesn’t move by week 28 and she said to find out about prenatal yoga classes. Did any of you take a class? How does it work? Do I need like a specific amount of classes? Please help me and take me out of my ignorance. #23weekspreggo

Can someone educate me on what placenta prévia is? Don’t want to read false info off Google if someone has experience and knows what it is. Also, sending positivity for you Joyce. I’m sure all will work itself out.

Emotionally I chose not to engage with toxic and negative people , even family. I walk pushing my 3 year old in the stroller. Baths, music, books.

I'm actually struggling with that and I needed to hear that. People like to try and control my mental state while I'm pregnant.

A little prenatal yoga and mediation helps SO much for sleep, syncing emotions, and finding a balance at the end of the day. ✨🫶🏻

Ok, these morning body aches are unbelievable. I may have to start doing prenatal yoga or see a chiropractor of some sort because this can’t be life. Anyone know of any remedies to relieve body aches and pain? Specifically in my shoulders and neck. Super stiff and tight in the morning and wakes me up throughout the night from the pain when I turn.

Yup! This has def encouraged me to do it. Pre pregnancy I practiced yoga regularly but 1st trimester had me so sick I haven’t done any stretches or yoga since. I think my body is missing it lol thank you for sharing what works for you 🥰
