Days before delivery checklist of preparation

Had a childbirth preparation class today. It helped so much. If you suffer from anxiety about labor and delivery like me…then I would definitely recommend the class... 🙏

Busy day 😬 Left class now I’m getting my Labs before delivery 😬😊 … I’ll be going in 5:30am I’m more nervous than anything.

Does anyone else get night terrors about their delivery about a month before? This is my 4th cesarean and I’m starting to get crazy scary dreams about my delivery.

Postpartum mamas- 4 days after delivery and I am struggling to find clothes to wear, shoes with these swollen ankles! Thought swelling would go down after delivery!!!

When does the 3rd trimester start? I'm getting get everything ready before then so I can focus on Labor and delivery preparation and relaxation. 💞💞

Is it common to have nausea before labor and delivery I am 33 weeks and the nausea isn’t fun.

This month is eventful!! 4th maternity shoot 13th childbirth preparation class 19th Valentine’s babyshower And finish kata’s room in btwn all Those events 🥵🥵🥵🥵 So excited !!!
