Symptoms of the week
Varicose Vein

Hair changes

Bloody Nose

Pregnancy Brain

Varicose Veins: Mild occurrence due to elevated blood volume and circulation changes.

Hair Changes: Some variation is expected, influenced by hormonal adjustments.

Bloody Nose: An occasional symptom, attributed to enhanced blood flow and sensitive nasal passages.

Cognitive Shifts: Known as "Pregnancy Brain," this symptom involves memory and concentration fluctuations.
Your baby bump is becoming more pronounced, and you might feel the first flutters of baby movements. Your body is adjusting to these changes.

Is it normal?
Gingival Sensitivity: Hormonal influences heighten gum sensitivity, increasing susceptibility to bleeding during dental care.

Nasal Bleeding: Elevated blood volume and hormonal impacts on nasal membranes contribute to this symptom, generally without cause for concern unless excessively prolonged.

Cognitive Changes: Hormonal variations during pregnancy are known to temporarily impact cognitive functions, including memory and focus.

Varicose Veins Development: The increased blood volume and pressure on leg veins can lead to visible varicose veins, a common yet typically painless condition.

I had acid reflux really bad with first baby even in first trimester. It felt like my upper stomach had a ton of pressure and was tight. Didn’t get the heartburn portion until second trimester. Is that what you are feeling? Your doc might have some recommendations to help!

I was extremely sick almost my entire pregnancy. I have to take zofran on a daily basis for nausea but I didn’t stop throwing up until I was 26 weeks. Some women are just more sick unfortunately

I’m 18 weeks & have had this since I was 13 weeks, asked my ob about it & they said it’s completely normal, it’s called leukorrhea. Just keep an eye on it and any changes in the color! 🫶🏻

I went through this twice mama. I know how scary it can be. Be thankful to God and Jesus that he can heal all things and have faith it will heal completely. That’s the best advice I can give other than please get lots of rest, like no sex, no walking if you don’t have to and take vitamin c and drink lots of water.

My doctor prescribed me 80mg aspirin I guess it’s safe to take low doses of it. I say if your doctor says it’s okay to give it a try.
