Baby's nap at 3 months

Around 4 months, you'll notice your baby starting to develop some nap patterns, so follow suit!

  • At 3 to 4 months of age, many babies begin to follow a more predictable daytime sleep pattern.
  • This is the perfect time to start setting up a nap routine: pick a rough schedule and try to get your little one to sleep.
  • Before the first signs of fatigue appear, make the environment conducive to falling asleep: talk to your child in a low voice, dim the lights and eliminate noise stimulation.

Evie is 11 days old, I’m the one that takes care of her and is with her 24/7 with little to almost no help, so when my fiancé said I’ll watch her go take a nap I just cried. It’s been 11 days without a nap, it’s been 11 days just me and her and I feel sad without her next to me and I can’t sleep now.

I’ve had my daughter at home for 5 nights and she wasn’t sleeping at all at first, last night I had to wake her up 3 times to feed her and change her. She’s still sleeping a lot. Remember when your baby sleeps you should sleep too, that means all her naps too because she’s probably going to be up at night if she sleeps during the day

Like an hour after. It was +$5 every run. I wasn’t passing that up. I told the kids we were gonna make deliveries for McDonald’s money so they’d get up

Am I the only one that needs naps now? For about two weeks now I've needed a nap almost every day. I could barely move and still feel drained enough to need a nap. Honestly, I hate it because I feel like I haven't done enough activity to warrant a nap. But damn does it feel nice sometimes.
