Try taking the dr teal bedtime espom salt bath … and a hot tea at night to soothe you … I’m also on unisom but I take b6 vitamins with it …

So I'm 7 weeks pregnant and was wondering if I will hear the heart beat at 8 weeks or will that be later in my pregnancy also how much soda can I drink during my first trimester onwards
