Would you rather have vaginal (natural birth) or c section? Me personally, I have had 2 natural births and currently on my 2nd c section. I would rather have natural (vaginal) births and I’m sad I will never get to experience a vaginal birth again due to my last pregnancy I had to get an emergency c section and my son passed away at 9 months due to him being a micro preemie, having health issues.

My first time I pushed with every contraction and my son’s head ended up coming out I was on my hands and knees with him. My second vaginal birth I did a water birth and I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT! I used a birthing ball and squats until I was ready to get into the water and she came so easy! I enjoyed the natural vaginal births I got to do skin to skin immediately after giving birth with my daughter I got to pull her out myself. If you love music or need like white noise I highly recommend I did gospel and white noise to calm me and baby! You can do and I’m praying for a safe and healthy birth/delivery for you and baby 💚🫶🏽

For those who have given birth before & went natural, no epidural: To those who have gone natural before & have also had an epidural, comment as to which was better. I really want to go natural (thinking of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help me relax, but that’s all). Looking for encouragement that I’ll be able to handle it. First time mom. 💙🙏💙

I did my first pregnancy all natural and I'm going to do this one all natural as well 😍 pumping painkillers and chemicals into my spinal cord during labor scares me more then just roughing it out and having the baby lol

And tell ur husband to try ashwaganda and 1 a day for men. That Increases sperm.count and u can take some too that helps fertility.. Also buy ovulation strips and track ur ovulation after periods. U would need to do it everyday after period.

I've had 2 c sections as well, and my doctor said the same when I asked about having a natural birth this time around. It is possible, but the hard part is finding a doctor that will actually do it because there are few that will after the second c section because of the risk of hemorrhage. And being that you're 38 weeks, I'm not sure if you can even transfer care at this point, unfortunately. I know it sucks I was really upset about it, too, but the end goal is just to have baby here and healthy! Best of luck to you mama❤️

I’m still pregnant with my first baby as of rn, will be 35 weeks on Tuesday….but one thing I will say is to not listen to someone who don’t have kids. Those be the most “know it all” mfs when they don’t know shit. If u wanna avoid epidural u have every reason to. There’s benefits from it but there’s also bad things that’s been said about it as well. Not to mention it just feel better to not have all them drugs injected into u. I wanna go natural but if it’s too painful I’m definitely gonna try to get the epidural but my goal is to go natural as well. I want a water birth but the hospital I’m going to doesn’t do it sadly 😞

can I send you a link? It's a 40 minute video giving you all kind of tips and tricks to be successful at natural birth. She brings up red raspberry leaf tea to strengthen your uterus. Sitting on a ball instead of chairs for work to focus pelvic strength. Eating super healthy of course and preparing our mind body and soul for birth. She also mentioned something that totally captivated my heart. A study of women who walked for 2p min a day 3xs a week had babies who scored 2p points higher than moms and babies who didnt. When are you due??

Hi, I’m due in a week and I really want to do a natural birth, I have a super great supportive system around. I’m just terrified my anxiety will take over and I won’t be able to handle the pain. I hate not knowing what to expect. Any advice on a natural birth and how to get through it? #naturalbirth
