Infant colic

Your baby cries a lot and seems to be in pain. They are probably prone to colic. Here is some information to help you detect it:

  • The whining and crying happens more often in the evening.
  • Your baby cries regularly for no reason and stops without you doing anything.
  • Your baby cries for more than 3 hours a day, more than 3 times a week, and for at least 3 weeks.
  • You notice that your baby is getting red and clenching his fists hard.
  • Your baby has gas.
  • Touch your baby's belly to see if it is hard.

I heard gripe water and then eliminating dairy and other irritants like caffeine, onions, garlic, ect. Prebiotic might help too.
