I am 28weeks and 5 days, I just had to do my 3 hour glucose tolerance testis there anything I should be expecting? I am a first time mom and just want to know what other have done with diet or exercise to help with gestational diabetes!

I had it both times with my other pregnancies all I did was follow the diet the doctor told me to go on and keep my numbers in the right range and some times I did have cheat days but I didn’t go too over bored with it lol but it all went well I was induced at 37 weeks tho and had more doctors appointments but the end of the day I had 2 healthy 6lbs 7 oz and 6lbs 12oz babies 😊

I am very worried about the little things as it’s my first pregnancy! But I appreciate you coming to me with your expierence! My 1 hour test was okay but not good so I am hoping there will be no insulin involved! Thank you again! ❀️
