How long is parental leave?

Parental leave allows one of the parents to put his or her career on hold to devote himself or herself fully to his or her child. But how long is it?

• The initial duration of parental leave is 1 year.
• It can be renewed twice, continuously.
• In case of triplets or more, you have the right to renew it up to 5 times.
