Baby has a runny nose: what to do?
A runny nose is one of the most common ailments babies will experience in their early years.
- Just like adults, a runny nose is one of the symptoms of a cold, and this harmless infection is often cured spontaneously within a few days.
- Up to the age of 3 months, babies breathe exclusively through their nose, so it's important to keep their airways clear.
- Wash your baby's nostrils frequently with a diluted seawater-based solution or saline solution.
- If the symptoms persist or are repeated, it may be allergic rhinitis. Do not hesitate to consult your pediatrician.

I had congestion week 14, 21, 29 😩 now my nose just give me sniffles and than I blow out a lot of snot 🤦🏾♀️

my nose has been runny lately…. anybody else? i’ll just be standing there and snot will start trickling down my nose any mamas trying to conceive experienced this in their 2 week wait??

I've been having severe congestion & runny my entire pregnancy, currently 9wks 3days. My OB said nasal congestion is very common in early pregnancy. My OB recommended sinus rinse to help clear things out.

Hi mommas! Any recommendations for medicine you gave your infant for a stuffy/runny nose? I’m trying to stay away from Tylenol if possible.

I’m not sure on meds but have you heard about the piece potato in the sock overnight ? I’ve seen that a few types for the babies for cold and flu it might work idk tho

Steam from a hot shower will open up his chest and baby medicine can help but you'd have to call his Dr to see what you can give him some tea will help too

Hello 36 weeks 4 more to go I’m a lil jealous some mommies are having their babies meanwhile I’m over here still pregnant 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but just means more bonding for me and baby. Hopefully my cold goes away soon too this stuffy nose and runny nose ain’t it
