Ultrasound for twins

If you're pregnant with twins, get ready to visit your gynecologist a little more often.

Do you think you're having a lot of ultrasounds? Don't worry, this is normal for twins and doesn't mean they're not doing well. Your future twins are already playing hide-and-seek in your belly, so your gynecologist has no choice but to do regular ultrasounds to observe and measure each baby.

If your twins share the same placenta, you will need to have an ultrasound every two weeks.
