Tomorrow I’ll be 37 weeks with my first baby! I’m super curious how far along you guys got in your first pregnancy 👀 I don’t think I can handle having him any earlier than 40 weeks. I’m not mentally prepared 😂

39 weeks with both of my first two pregnancies. I could’ve gone longer with my first but I was high risk and in ton of pain so I was able to get induced. Right now with my final baby 8 years and a few months later I’m reaching 30 weeks and still going strong but it’s been high risk in the beginning and now I believe I’m out of that danger zone as long as I don’t push myself

Like I said I know I am early but I want to be prepared I’m not buying anything yet just asking for recommendations… I don’t see the point in waiting anyways bc anything can happen at any point in the pregnancy so I want to enjoy it the whole time no matter what

New to the group. I’m due soon. I’m trying to build some sort of support. My husband left me a month or so ago to do this pregnancy alone. First pregnancy and I’m terrified. No family where I live. 😢 I know I’ll be ok I’m strong I just didn’t image my first child to be this way. I’m staying positive and less emotion for the baby.

So all my apps say I’m about 8 weeks this is my first pregnancy and I don’t know how truthful they are however I go to my first ob appointment the 15th and it says I should be 10 weeks 2days will they do abdominal ultra sound or vaginal with apps measuring at 10 weeks? I just want to be mentally prepared 😅😅

It depends prolly vaginal just because you can see everything better you could be further along or right on track but can’t really say till doctor measures baby

Depends! When I went, she tried to do the regular belly one at first. It wouldn’t pick up so she had to do vaginal.

As I get closer to my due date, I’m wanting to be prepared postpartum. It’s my 1st pregnancy, so I don’t know how it goes. I currently don’t wear makeup (never learned or cared much for it) as a new mom.. I realize that self care is crucial. I want to get into wearing makeup, any tips?

Take time to do research on different products to see what works best for your skin type! I always recommend washing your face and moisturizing before applying make up as well. Many drug store foundations, primers, concealers etc are just as good or sometimes even better than high end makeup just takes time to find what works best for you personally.

if you go somewhere like sephora to get makeup, do not let them use the stupid machine to “match” your color for foundation. its a joke, mine is always horribly off when i step out in the sun. i suggest doing a patch near your jaw hinge area, & blend it onto your cheek & neck right there & go outside after 5 min to see if it matches if you just want to do the basics, i love IL Makiage’s foundation & you can try it for 2 weeks free to see if its your match. & maybe invest in a good setting spray just to insure your face stays on lol. everything else can be bought at a drug store. & gel eyeliner with a pointed brush is waaaay easier in my opinion than liquid. also, if you’re interested in lashes, i love sephora brand. the band is super thin & doesnt irritate my eyes

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends at least 150 minutes (that's 2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week if you're not already highly active or doing vigorous-intensity activity.
