One week of pregnancy what are the symptoms?

I haven’t had one bit of pregnancy symptoms at all and it scares the crap out of me since I just miscarried in April I had a second ultrasound and 10 weeks and everything looks fine but why no symptoms at all ?

3 negative tests but yet sooo many early pregnancy symptoms 😫 im just asking for one positive 😣

Every night I choke on my spit, I’m so tired of this over production of saliva 😩. Everyone is always so excited for you to be pregnant but no one every talks about the symptoms you have to endure for 9+ months damn near 10. What weird symptoms are annoying y’all ?

I took three pregnancy test all on different days they all came back with a faint line I took one two days ago it came back negative I've had all the symptoms of pregnancy even been getting heart burn has any one had that happen and it turned out that they are pregnant what shall I do
