What cause pregnancy pain lower left side?

So I’ve been cramping at lot recently on the right lower side, now for 2 days it’s my left lower side with some right lower pain. I’m trying to conceive, I recently got off birth control I would say a month and a half ago, I had a week period I would say 2 days after I stopped my birth control. I’ve been having pain in my right boob especially if I squeeze it. Idk I’m not nervous getting a pregnancy test soon! #help!

So I got a question I am 30 weeks pregnant my baby is head down and I’m laying here with lower back pain with pillow between my legs , laying on my left side and I’m having hip and pelvic pain what does this mean ?

Moms I need advice I have a sharp stabbing pain in my lower left side when I pee and lay a certain way. We called my Ob but they won’t see me bc I’m also throwing up, what do I do?

I had a sharp pain in my lower back on my left side earlier today. I called my OB and he hasn't gotten back with me. I do have 2 cysts on my left ovary. I don't know if that was the cause of the pain or not. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I am 12 weeks right now.
