How to eat well during your pregnancy?

As long as your baby is in your belly, he or she is nourished by what you eat and drink, which is why it is important to eat as well as possible.

I have always had a horrible relationship with food but I’m doing my best to eat food and drink some water. Crazy I couldn’t do it for myself my whole life but now I’m pregnant idc if I don’t wanna eat I have that motivation to put the nutrition into my body one way or another. ❤️
