Anyone else dealing with reflux? At this point anytime he spits up he starts screaming. I feel so bad because I know reflux hurts.

My boy kinda choked couple of times and the milk came out of his nostrils so basically he has reflux, who’s baby had the same experience? And what do you do for reflux?

Acid reflux is the devil during pregnancy. EVERYTIME I eat I either throw up or having really bad Acid Reflux. I have a hiatal hernia so that doesn’t make it any better. Send Help 🫣

Omg it keeps me up at night as soon as I go to lay down the acid starts creeping up my throat it sucks 😥 I'm sorry sounds like he'll with the hernia too
