I’m So ready for maternity leave and I’m only 5 months 😂 I wish we could get a long time to spend with our babies the U.S has failed us.

6 months maternity leave, for whom?
The length of your maternity leave will depend directly on the number of children you are expecting and that you already have.
- In short, the more babies you have, the longer you will be off work!
- What about the 6 months maternity leave?
- You will be entitled to it if you are pregnant with your 3rd child, that is to say if you already have 2 children or have given birth to 2 viable babies before this pregnancy.
- Yes, with 3 children, these few months will not be too much to organize yourself, find your rhythm and fully enjoy this new big family!

I’m going out at 36 weeks. That’s my plan. I’m 25weeks so hopefully babygirl stay calm so I can keep working 🙏🏽

I have 5 weeks until my Due date, I’ve been with this company 5 almost 6 months, they knew I was pregnant and knew my due date from the beginning. I’ve even asked questions to ensure I’ll be covered during leave , THEY ARE JUST NOW TELLING ME I WONT RECEIVE PAY FOR MATERNITY LEAVE 😤😤😤

I’m also due July 7th and having a girl as well I can’t wait till she get here plus she will be born on her daddy’s birthday if she don’t come earlier 😂

This is my third week back to work. I miss my little man, I watch videos of him when I’m at work 😔 they seriously need to revise maternity leave for women. 3 months isn’t enough!

Agreed!! Not nearly enough. And we’re lucky to have 3 months. Most companies are like my last job and only give 6 weeks for Vaginal and 8 weeks for c section

How long do you get for maternity leave?? I get 6 months 100% pay! 😍 I’m so happy about that! I’ll be chilling with my babies all summer! They’re due in May. I’m taking May-November off! 🙌🏽

I live in CT so we have this new FML law that allows up to 16 weeks for bonding. I also work for an insurance company and work full time from home. 😊

I nanny chef maid and teach 3 kids and they never leave only me time I get is winning rock paper scissors with husband to see who gets to go to store not including our small farm and my husbands business never a break even from home

Fast food has no paid maternity leave ... they had me outside in the hot sun standing and taking orders like im not almost 6 months pregnant ...no umbrella was out there ,,finally let me come in after I got dizzy...my bf wants me to quit so bad ...but I have no paid maternity leave so I'm trynna save
