How long do you bleed after you deliver your baby? It’s been one week and I am breastfeeding. When will the bleeding stop?

I stopped completely bleeding at 4 weeks; I just started beefing again at 6 weeks, not sure if it’s my period or from birth

how do you calm your nerves when you’re waiting until your 8 week ultrasound? i’ve done nothing but panic because i have no symptoms minus being hungry all the time and peeing 2-3 times a night. i miscarried last month and im just so scared im going to again.

Do you get another ultrasound after the 20 week one? I scheduled a 3D/4D one but it’s not until the end of July.

They scheduled an ultrasound for me at 20 weeks then 32 weeks. So I think you'll have another one

I'm just curious, what week do you normally find out if you have to have a c-section or not? I have a gut feeling I'm going to need one because as my dad says, "c-sections run in the family" and im trying to figure out what week I'll know for sure. I can't find anything on google about what week they normally tell you if you are going to have one.

It goes by when they see it is medically necessary! Just bc your family had them, doesn’t necessarily mean you will have to! It’s up to the drs determination and they will schedule it after they see u need it!

I've already been told by one of the many OBs I've seen to expect one because my body is so little (I'm built like a 12 year old) that my hips more than likely can't push a baby out. And because I'm already having issues due to my small structure, I'd definitely say it's in my future lol

I had the same issues you are talking about and plus I ended up having a 8 pounder naturally! These drs are pushing these c-section! If you don’t want one, you can tell them you prefer natural birth, but if you agree with them and feel more comfortable having one go for it! I’m facing maybe having to get one and I’m hoping by the grace of God that that’s not the case! I want another natural birth by all means!! Natural birth is such a better experience and faster healing way faster actually! You do what u feel is right, just don’t let them scare you into it! I was petite and they said I’d have a hard time, but I had a smooth easy delivery. It could not have went better honestly! Good luck 🍀 to you either way on a smooth easy delivery vaginally or c~section. 🙏

Hello moms , I need some words of encouragement and hope. Well I was 7 weeks 6 days when I lost my baby. I had miscarried at home went to the hospital after to confirm what happen. If you had one before or recently you are not alone. Be strong and know it’s nothing you could’ve done to prevent what took place. 💗💗💗

How long after the ultrasound does Dr usually contact you? My ob hasn't contacted me and the ultrasound was this morning, but I miscarried. Don't you think they would call to check on how I was dealing with it?

What helped you get pregnant after a miscarriage? I miscarried in July and I’m starting to give up!

I can take your body a few cycles to regulate back and heal from the miscarriage. Just breathe. Don’t stress it. Give it a cycle of no tracking or worrying about ttc. And then go back to tracking ovulation and see where you end up. After a miscarriage your cycle can differ too. So where you might have ovulated on cd 14 you might before or after now. Sending you healthy sticky baby dust 🤞🏼✨

Getting a D&C this week. To anyone who has had one, is it painful after? How long did you bleed after? Could you go to work the next day? My 1st 2 miscarriages I passed naturally. This one I used the pill and am still having bleeding 5 week post so they recommended I get the D&C.

You’ll experience baby blues for about 2 weeks PP and if those feelings continue or get worse after the 2 weeks you need to contact your doctor. I didn’t know I was experiencing PPD and I waited way too long to get help.

When I had it I cried over every little thing if she was hungry I cried in the middle of the night I cried I didn’t understand at first thought I was just adjusting to being a first time mom until I called my mom crying saying I wanted my daughter to disappear and didn’t knw why she came and got her I reached out to my doctor and got some help I was told that it could get so bad as to were you will try to hurt your child and you have no control over it so if you feel like you have it dnt wait reach out to anyone that will listen especially your doctor and get some help

If your in a big problem in life after your Baby is at the stage of 7 months right now. How do you know that its time for you start working again after being with your child for so long?

If you’re thinking about going back I’d start transitioning first so wherever baby will go (family, sitter, or daycare) have baby start going there just an hour or two and then up a bit more and get them gradually used to not being with you before you actually go back to work!
