Can blood test detect pregnancy after conception?

Has anyone ever had negative urine home test? But then a positive blood test. Has anyone ever had their hcg levels too high for a urine test to detect? 😬

Anyone else getting their gender results through blood test? I can test anytime after the 10th of November!! I may wait until November 30th when I get my 12week scan though.

Y’all so I decided to take an ovulation test because supposedly it can detect pregnancy hormones.. and it came back positive real quick my fertile period was 3 weeks ago 😭

After multiple pregnancy test and blood work conformation and even my first ultrasound… I AM PREGNANT!😄 Super excited and nervous to be a first time mom 🥰

Really excited! Got a genetic blood work along with the NIPT test done on Monday and I should know by next week if it’s a girl or a boy❤️ super excited. I’m so anxious because I get mixed responses about the accuracy but I’m sure I’m far along enough to detect it.

Do they draw your blood before the one hour glucose test and after or only after?

Does anyone experience bloat after conception? I’m never bloated but every time we conceive I can’t even hide it! I can’t post multiple pictures but this is today, two days post conception and my stomach is usually flat. My wife and coworker both pointed it out before I said anything. Also, my nipples are so sensitive, but it’s so early. I feel insane I swear.

Still haven’t seen my period still get a negative pregnancy test hopefully I can see a doctor and get a blood test done.
