Can an ovulation test detect early pregnancy ?

I had a faint ovulation test today. But I spotted back on February 7-9 sooo I am trying to figure out if it’s too early for a pregnancy test or not. OPINIONS?

I took an ovulation test Jan. 25 we had unprotected sex that night and have been having unprotected sex for about 10 days now, I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. Is it too early to tell still?

Question moms can an ovulation test tell you if your pregnant or no it says positive for my ovulation but negative for pregnancy test I know it’s still so early to test cause it’s only been like a few days when I did it last so I won’t test till the 29th cause that’s gonna be my two weeks

8DPO today 😌 heading to my OB to check on my cyst and if they are causing any problems and blood work she said just in case it can detect early pregnancy 🤞🏽🙏🏽

I took an ovulation test and it had a blinking smiley last night i baby danced Friday and early this morning is it a chance i can get pregnant from those two days knowing he’s a truck driver and left for the week out🥲🥲

I looked it up and turns out that ovulation tests do detect pregnancy. But I’m 10 weeks 3 days. Appointment is on September 7th.

I feel like I might’ve ovulated early 🤷🏽‍♀️or Is Ima test for ovulation tmr.

Does ovulation test detect pregnancy im 12dpo today and I took 2 ovulation test just now to see since I took like 13 or 14 pregnancy test all negative period supposed to.come July 15 or 16. And I felt some symptoms brown spots wet discharge white discharge string like sore breast on and off headaches on and off tired mild cramps bad cramping sharp pain on left side.. felt like there was something moving in my stomach felt weird I had miscarriage in may this year and I just want my rainbow baby but losing hope.beem 2 months and im.giving up. This is my ovulation test around 2am

Can you take an ovulation test on the day of ovulation I'm not sure if I am ovulating but I'm trying to figure it out
