I'm so excited to meet my son in about 3 months, this is my first pregnancy and it's been a long rough few years for me, I've had miscarriages before and now this is my first healthy pregnancy. Any tips or advice on how to deal with stomach pains, back pains? How to sleep better?

I’m freaking out. I was at my OB appointment and she sent me to the ER, I started bleeding at the office. She handed me papers on how to deal with a “Threatened Miscarriage “ and I flew to ER. No clots or anything so that’s good. But my anxiety is bad! They’re taking forever here !

Today I'm 5w and 4d pregnant. I know it's TMI but passed yellow mucus. It's sign of infection but it can lead to another miscarriage. Had one 3y ago I'm trying not to freak out already messaged my obgyn about it. Any insights to calm down and how to deal with the infection before seeing a doctor?

I know I've been drinking cranberry juice and eating cranberry sauce trying to prevent utis. I'll look for some. Already on B6, Patasium, nausea, Tylenol, and prenatal with folic acid. Baby taking everything from me never like this with my first and second one didn't know before was too late

I have never been pregnant before this but felt nervous about this happening from the start. How does everyone deal with this? I feel I’m in shock and need some advice on how to move on from here ;( any help is greatly appreciated ❤️

I saw your post and I am so sorry 😭 I just don’t know where to go from here and of course the doctors office is closed and no help and they told me just to stay in bed until Monday then go in to make sure all the tissue has passed :(

That’s what they told me which is why a week later I’m still dealing with the miscarriage coming out they didn’t help me until a few days later. If you feel something isn’t right go back to the er. They did an ultrasound with me than an pelvic exam and did blood work it’s hard but I promise you it will get better but honestly I’m still crying a week later it’s hard but it’s going to be ok and we will pregnant again remain positive!!

I had a miscarriage back in Dec. 2011. Got pregnant June 2012. I was a nervous wreck the whole pregnancy but I gave birth to a very cute little boy. But even nine years later with this pregnancy I was nervous up until I could feel her move on a daily basis. I feel better ever time I feel her.

idk why i have such bad anxiety about miscarriage. literally nothing is wrong but i guess i’m just afraid to lose my baby and have to start all over. im almost 11 weeks and the chance of miscarriage is low but im still terrified. how do other mommies deal?

no family history of miscarriage, no family genetic issues on either side, perfectly healthy, been taking prenatals since before i found out i was pregnant. i guess i just need to keep telling myself everything is okay.

I’m in the same boat. I’m only 4 weeks & i keep thinking about that too but i keep telling myself not too & to think positive. My HCG was high for 4 weeks so i hope that’s a good sign. My 1st ultrasound isn’t for another 3 weeks😩

You have to think positive and do the things that make a healthy baby and if it happens it's not on you. Stay positive it goes a long way and whatever happens happens remember that. You got this mama's!

I know this sounds silly but talk to your baby. Tell it something new everyday.
