Baby girl sleeps so much better on formula and for longer stretches and seems happier yet ppl still saying Breastmilk is best even my pediatrician… wtf? What is this stigma? They don’t even realize I’m allergic to basically everything so she isn’t getting the right foods & nutrients hence why she can’t even sleep and screams all the time.. I have a horrible digestive system & barely make any milk anymore but ppl still saying my milk is better than formula. It’s actually ridiculous tbh. Ppl know Nothing.

Any recommendations on formula to supplement breast milk? My supply is decreasing, and wanted to supplement formula while i stock up. I tried the similac formula they give in the hospital and she spit it out.

If you go onto Similac or enfamil website and sign up sometimes they send you a sample pack with a few different ones so you can try them out. Or they’ll send coupons for money off. Similac sent me $80 worth

If I mix breast milk and formula can I stick it in the fridge like pre make the bottles or not ?

Yes you can. I do it every day but you can only leave it in the fridge for 24 hours no longer.

What is the fastest way to build volume of breast milk I want to have enough. Since my son's doctor told me that I need formula to give him instead of breast milk I believed her,and started to give him less breast milk. Now I'm going low

Yes so what you should do is make sure there sittin up right when your feeding and i know they says not to but I let mine sleep on her stomach

You actually have a better chance finding formula NOW than a couple of months ago, we kinda got it good. But start to rack up on formula now if you can that’ll be very helpful.

How much spit up is too much. My baby is 5.5 weeks and getting both breast milk and formula and we are both constantly covered in spit up. After every bottle doesn’t matter if it’s breast milk or formula. He doesn’t seem uncomfortable and he never really cries. Oddly he does better at night- will take his bottles with no issues, burp, and go right back to sleep. Anyone else have little ones who spit up constantly ?

The only reason I'm not breastfeeding this time is because when I had my daughter I breastfed until my supply stopped coming in and when I switched to formula she was so used to the breastfeeding she either wouldn't drink it or she would and it would mess up her stomach because she couldn't handle it. I had to start her on a very expensive formula so she could actually stomach it.

You've gotta pump to produce so if your feeding baby than rotate breast that baby isn't on that will produce more breast milk also lactation cookies or brownies 🥰🥰
