Question for PCOS mamas: How did they determine your due date if you ovulate later than normal? For example, my last cycle was Dec. 2 and I ovulated between Dec. 21-23 (so ovulation occurred on CD 19-21 versus on CD 14 like with a typical cycle). I go for my first ultrasound next Friday, but I’m curious if my apps are calculating how far along I am correctly. Thanks in advance!

I don't have pcos but they normally use ultrasound and measure baby to determine due date/how far along you are

I’ve only ever lined up once out of four pregnancies with my LMP. So when you get your first ultrasound you’ll get your due date. That’s why I was so impatient to get my ultrasound done this time. I wanted to know my due date. Based on my LMP it should have been August 9 but I’m August 16

I calculated from conception date! My ovulation and period (my period ranges from 22 days - 40+ days) are all over the place so I just made sure to keep track when my peak ovulation was & the days we tried to conceive. Going off my LMP wasn’t accurate for me at all due to have PCOS. When I went in for my ultrasounds the baby’s measurements line up perfectly with the conception date not LMP.

I don't know if you're going through this or not but when I was pregnant with my daughter my one-year-old daughter I had the same thing and I went to the doctor and they gave me something to stop my contractions for a little longer

cycle day 19, 5DPO, woke up bloated which is not normal at all and over the past hour I’ve been having small period like cramps, no spotting (yet). I’ve never had bleeding or spotting nor cramps between periods ever and my cramps usually don’t start till the 2nd day of my period. Could this be my rainbow doubling down? 🥺💕..

So everything has been going good being home, but recently little man hasn't pooped. It's been maybe a day and a half. Today he got a little poop but not much. He doesn't seem bothered (no discomfort, no painful cries, still eating, etc). Is this normal? How long is normal between bowl movements?

After they get rid of the meconium poop, they only poop once or twice a day. He might just be adjusting. If he's not uncomfortable I wouldn't worry too much as long as he's still having wet diapers. It also could depend if he's formula fed or on breast milk.

I wouldn’t worry.. yet. If it gets to be 4 days or more without pooping, then take him to the doctor. A day and a half is fine!

If you’ve had a baby, how long did it take your cycle to regulate?I am 9 months postpartum and i have had 8 periods since having my baby. They have all been 32 days apart and 5 days long. However this cycle, my period still has not come. My app says im 5 days late. This is my test from last night. Wouldn’t i have a dark positive by now? How long after a baby did it take your cycle to regulate all the way? I thought i was regulating until now. Im so very confused. I’ve also been seeing posts of people who get a neg at 5 days late then postive at 7 days late. Does this look fully negative? If you have had a baby and gone thru this , when did u finally regulate out or how early into pp did it happen to you? #pregnancy #pregnancytest #postpartum #negativetest #fainttest #positivetest #9monthspospartum #confused #question

it's so hard to say! Looking at your dates I wouldn't necessarily be surprised that your levels are taking some time to show a dark positive.. 🤞hoping your spotting is just that and your BFP is on it's way!

I am 48 years of age and trying to concieve. I was on iud for 3 months and I literally bled for that long forcing me to remove it. I have since then never got my periods even after using the progestin only pills for a cycle. What could be the issue?

this is how my period was, because they were irregular after i got off birth control. without using ovulation test it’s tough to know when you’re ovulating. i just waited til it happened honestly.

Add a myo inositol supplement to your diet. There are many brands on Amazon. It typically is successful at shortening and regulating your cycles. A lot of women have conceived by adding addition inositol, which we already produce naturally. The most popular brand is Ovasitol. 3 month supply, max dosage of powder. Instead of 4 to 6 capsules a day(other brands).
