Can you get cramps before your period ?

Y'all I NEED HELP I was lifting heavy stuff at work today...and immediately felt cramping in my pelvis area...an hour later theyre getting more uncomfortable....feels like period cramps....it feels moderate...but very uncomfortable 😣 like example when your period starting and you get those cramps....how can you tell Braxton Hicks from actual contractions? I'm not ready for him to come right now AT ALL I got 18 weeks left.

Do y’all still feel your menstral cramps around the time you suppose to have your period is it just me 😂

I never experienced cramps before on my period ever but first period postpartum I’m getting a few minor cramps. They aren’t terrible but they are there.

Hi moms I have a question so my ovulation day was on the 23rd of last month and I had sex on that day fast to this month I’m supposed to get my period on the 10 but on the 3rd 4th and the 5th I have had like slight cramps the don’t feel like period cramps and the are very light cramps… could those be implantation cramps because I usually never cramp this early when waiting for my period I usually only cramp the day before or sometimes 2 days before then I’ve been having gas like crazy and eating weird stuff Could you guys help me out and tell me if you think these are implantation cramps

I’m supposed to get my period in four days and I’m feeling period cramps already 🙁 praying I don’t get it

Also, any of my ladies that got their period now that they’re post partum- have you experienced your cramps more painful than they were before? I’m used to having pretty bad cramps but it seems like I’m in a bit more pain than I was before.

Can your period starts during your six weeks or right after? because I think mines have started. I’m feeling cramps and I’m 5 weeks after birth..

I had a miscarriage April 24 (6 weeks ago). I still haven’t gotten my period and I’ve been having on and off mild cramps. I’m waiting to see if I get it by 8 weeks before I call my doctor…but these cramps are aggravating

8 weeks here. Having cramps in my lower belly like period cramps. Is it normal? Have had mild cramps before but nothing like this. It hurts.😞
