What are you guys doing for lower back pain? I’m almost certain that I’ll have back labor…the pain is usually pretty constant here in my later days of pregnancy. I’ve had 5 babies previously and don’t ever recall hurting as much as this one. I’m also older which I know can cause more pain etc. I lean forward and rock my hips, that helps but I do in home health so I can’t just sit down.

I’m 8weeks and having pretty painful pain in my lower back no cramps but overthinking cause I miscarried 7 months ago and back pain hit when I started miscarrying. Any tips to calm anxiety and help with the soreness? #8weeks #backpain #anytips

I would call your doctor but I was told it is normal also because everything is growing and stretching. My sister in law said she had horrible back pain her whole pregnancy and had to see a chiropractor but my nephew is 6 months old now

I too have lower back pain pretty bad the last two weeks. I am 7 weeks and 3 days. I too had a prior miscarriage. It is normal to have lower back pain. Do lots of stretching. That’s helping me. And listen to body and rest mama

I had back labor with my last. It started off super mild and then got much worse. That was my first pregnancy so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. But you will know in the next few hours if it’s labor or just regular pain for sure

I walked through my whole back labor. I live very close to the hospital so I basically walked myself into 9 centimeters. And yes it definitely hurt however I was more comfortable walking around, I couldn’t even imagine sitting or laying down.

I didn't know pregnancy would hurt so badly this early on.. I'm in a terrible amount of pain in my lower abdomen (which might be round ligament pain) and in my lower back which sometimes makes it difficult to move at all. Can't even have sex anymore because of the unbearable pain I get during it.

Yesss but it gets better I promise I started stretching when I wake up and when I gts but If it’s so bad that you can’t do that then, drink warm ginger tea and take a Tylenol hope this helps 🥰💋

yeah stretching is definitely off the table for me. I have issues just turning to grab phone lol. I've tried tylenol and it didn't help for me 😕

Anybody had terrible lower back pain early on? If so, any remedies to help alleviate some of the pain? Sitting at a desk all day for work really did me in today! Lol
