Yes back pain is common in pregnancy unless your bleeding and filling a pad and having clots. Back pain is normal.

I have, the urge to go every 15 mins. So annoying.Turned out test was fine. Dr. Said the pressure baby is putting on my uterus and it happens. Smh. If you do have one drink lots of water squeeze some lemon in there to help. Stay away from caffeine and added sugars as it makes it worst. Dr. might prescribe antibiotics and will start working in a day.

Pillows lots of pillows. Or even though it’s early go ahead and order your pregnancy pillow. I did.

Im at 9 weeks and i just use a heating pad . But i would use it on medium for only 20 minuites dont go over it was raise your core temp if u do but 20 min on medium is completly safe
