okaii and I had on other question .. cause am so concerned what week can u hear your baby's heart beat ... Yesterday when to the hospital and they told me I was 5 weeks and 4 days and that they couldn't hear my baby's heart beat

If you’re just starting out, I would suggest start with walking, it’s not recommended to start working out and doing things you weren’t doing pre pregnancy

Really depends on how you feel. I was working out 6 days a week for a little over an hour and did both Olympic weight training and some cardio. I was forced to stop because my body didn't like it. Now I walk and am active around my home and work. I HATE how fat my arms and legs have gotten, but my SO reminds me that I will get back at it after the baby is born 😥❤️

Go to doctor have them write you a note saying no standing for long periods of time no lifting often breaks needed and whatever the doctor can spare lol

Yes it’s definitely hard to work while pregnant an right after giving birth too. When I found out I was pregnant I got Medicaid state insurance an they only allow single moms to make a certain amount if u go over that amount in wages u don’t qualify for it. So I got my Ins for me an the baby apply for food stamps an wic an there’s plenty of places in cities tht help w baby supplies for single moms u can make it if u can’t work much anymore boo. Thts what I did 💙
