Finally got my first period after getting my nexplanon out. Hopefully this will help me figure out when I'm ovulating better. These cramps are absolutely awful and I'm in the middle of doing my finals for the semester.

it took 1-2 months for it to come back. I didn't have an IUD in I had an implant in my arm and it was in for 10/11 months.

Are/were you guys breastfeeding? I’ve always heard you don’t have a period while breastfeeding but even my mom said she got hers right away too. Maybe my body is just weird😂

So I was supposed to get my period the first of February so my period is almost 4 days late and I’ve had implantation bleeding? When I take a test it’s negative so am I testing too early? My last period was around January 1st

I have no sigh of my period at all I usually get it a couple days before my period tracker tells me we will see my period supposed to come tomorrow we will see lady’s first day testing tomorrow wish me good luck #testing

Girl I usually cramp a week-2 days before I get my period and I’m suppose to get my period Friday and it’s like there’s no sign of it..

Hi Moms! My little girl is a few days shy of 6 months and I just got my first period. When did everyone get their period back? Any tips. I heard its more painful than normal !!

Hey! I got my first period about 1.5-2 months PP, AND I was exclusively breastfeeding. I don't think more painful, but I'm definitely more irritable and hormonal than before. The consistency changed for me, but that's pretty much it. Just keep an eye on her as with some mamas, their babies may not want to eat from mom because the taste of your milk can change. Good luck!

I just got my first period last week Wednesday and my baby will be 6 months at the end of this month. It was just like my normal periods before pregnancy. Nothing different for me.

Mommas… maybe a tmi question but , when did you get your first period after giving birth? My bleeding from birth stopped at the beginning of 3 weeks. Then yesterday out of no where I got a heavy blood flow like my normal periods .. I’m now 1 month postpartum so I think it’s my period … not sure since this is my first time dealing with this lol

I started mine last Sunday at 7 weeks postpartum.. and I’m still on it 😭 and it has been a heavy flow for me as well. I read that it’s normal tho for your first period after birth to be heavier than normal.

Oh alright…. Yea then I woke up today and had pretty medium sized blood clots it wasn’t pretty lol I’ve never had them at all until I gave birth (which they said was normal obviously)

First day of my last period was August 31st, still no period. Wishing for a baby honestly. Took a couple cheap test, came back with faint lines. My app has me confused on when my period is actually due!

Super faint, haven’t retested because I’m waiting to see if my period is coming or not. Was originally supposed to come the 28th but now my app is saying the 6th, I’m over a week late, sore boobs but no cramping or anything

Those are the two tests I used. The one with the faintest line was at around 7 to 8 weeks and the other was around 9 or so

Super silly question, but any FTM still shocked when you don’t get your period?😂 I’m 31 and have been getting my period since I was 13/14 so quite a while and will be 33w tomorrow. When I first got pregnant I never had any symptoms other than a positive at home pregnancy test at exactly 4w and hadn’t gotten my first ultrasound yet and up until then, me not getting my period was another confirmation of my pregnancy lol Our bodies are truly amazing🥰

For me it wasn't much of a shock not getting my period. I struggled with PCOS so my cycle was irregular anyway. It was one time that I went without a period for 3 years. But before I got pregnant I started making some changes, lost weight and started getting a normal cycle again. But when it didn't come in February, I wasn't too concerned. When it didn't come in March, my little sister was like, "take a test! 🤣" I still waited lol ... Didn't know I was pregnant until almost 8 weeks along 😮
