Is it normal to have pain in your lower back/side? Also cramps on and off in lower belly at 6 weeks? I’ve had two miscarriages in the past so I’m extremely scared and don’t know what is normal!

This is my first pregnancy. I haven't had cramping but my lower back hurts SO bad and im at 10 weeks. I've been using a heating pad at night and it helps a lot.

Could be your uterus stretching . I’m 14 weeks and deal with random pains & I always lower back pains with my pregnancies. But everyone’s different so it’s up to you! This my 3rd pregnancy so I haven’t been a worry wart with this one so far lol

I've heard that Beets can help regulate you.. if you don't like the taste of them.. 2 different ways to try them.. pickled.. and making a salad.. with the beets, diced onion, hardboiled egg, honey mustard and dill for the dressing.. Also beans have alot of fiber in them too.. And for lower back pain.. try a heating pad, or take ice packs(only if they are made for this) and heat them up as directed on them.. then lay on your stomach.(your early enough its ok to do this). and have someone set them on your back..

This is my first pregnancy and I’m currently 9 weeks. I’m having some back pain and trouble sleeping. I feel the back pain during the day and at night when I try to sleep. Is back pain normal this early?

Anyone else experience back pain in early pregnancy and NOT miscarry? I’m having some upper back pain, and I’m nervous it’s because my pregnancy is going to end in a mc. #backpain #earlypregnancy

I didn’t experience it this early, I’m 12 weeks and I’m having sharp pains here and there in my lower back my OB Says it’s normal due to ligaments stretching out, but everyone’s body is different maybe call you OB?

Is your sciatic nerve. Usually it goes away after the baby is born. At the end of my pregnancy with my first daughter my left thigh went numb and they said it was a pinched nerve and would go away after I had her it never did though. You are still healing though. It’s only been 6 weeks so give it some time and it should go away.

Hi I’m 22 and just found out I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant, is it normal to have somuch pain so early. I’ve been having bad pain in my lower stomach/abdomen. I can feel it in my back. Sharp pain, that’s with me constantly through out the day. Feels uncomfortable when it’s at its lower level pain but unbearable pain. I don’t know if it’s gas related or constipation or what it could be: is it normal though?

If it is unbearable pain, I would recommend going to the dr or some kind of emergency care. Do you have any other symptoms?

Yes! I had it pretty bad in the beginning, doctor told me it’s from your hips spreading, because your uterus is growing!

That’s how I felt today! It started hurting at work out of no where and since I’ve been home is aching so bad. I’ll try using ice to see if that helps!
