I'm not sure if I'm going into labor or not. I had a milky white watery discharge drip out of me. I'm cramping. And my vigina feels different. Can someone please inform me of what is going on?

It was like a lot came out and right now more feeling like menstrual cramps. It feels like my vigina is sticking out more does that make any sense? Sorry this is my first baby just confused and freaked out.
