Nightmares of the 8-month-old baby

If your baby is between 8 and 10 months old, there is a good chance that it is a night terror.

  • These usually occur within 3 hours of falling asleep.
  • The child panics, screams, becomes agitated and his heart beats faster.
  • This restlessness is actually part of the child's sleep.
  • He or she will regain calm in a very natural way.
  • Rest assured, night terrors are normal during development and learning.

For me is baby number 5, the first 2 were natural n the 1 last c sections. To be honest c section was less painfull besides the epidural. While the 1st n 2nd were a nightmare, the recovery was amazing, I walked out the hospital like I didn't just push a human out of me. Yet I prefer c section n this baby # 5 will be delivered the same way in July.

Downloaded this app for the support! Sometimes it feels like I have none. I'm a 19 year old pregnant with my first baby, and the past 1.5 months have been a nightmare. #needamomfriend
