im almost 17 weeks and i pressed on the left side of my belly button area and i got a jolt of pain that went to my pelvis and the left side has been sore since last night when i did it. my ob said its ligament pain i could of pressed on it irritating it has this happened to anyone ? its my first pregnancy is pain in that area normal to my ob says it is

yes mine to. Pick a position that feels ok. Ice. I try to stretch at night. Just not too much to aggravate it more. Also chiropractor helps alot

The last few days ive been having stomach pain on the left side and i havent had an appetite like that and just a few minutes ago my nipples got sore and my left breast was feeling a bit uncomfortable and ive had heartburn, is that a sign of me being pregnant?

Hi ladies, 13 weeks and 4 days here and first pregnancy and I was wondering if having pain just on the left side of the belly is normal? I barely have pain the right side and my bump sticks out more on the left and just wanted to know if that was normal?

Yes! It’s okay. Of course not terrible awful pain, try laying down and resting for a bit. Or taking a warm bath!

Me. I have Spd. Not as bad with this pregnancy but I could barely walk last pregnancy. I heard girdles help.
I’m mainly having troubles with dizziness and insomnia right now. So annoying

Drink lots of water because since your body is stretching it can cause pain ever since I found out I was pregnant I had the same problem and now I’m on my second trimester and always drink water and have no pain at all so drink water that will help since our belly is expanding
