Is fever a sign of pregnancy?

I have a low grade fever of 100 and I have my first ultrasound tomorrow morning this is my first pregnancy should I be worried about the baby?

Hey everyone 12 weeks pregnant here and have a fever of 101. It’s not covid but having a hard time bringing the fever down. I’ve taken some Tylenol but is there anything else I can do to help. Really worried about my baby if the fever is going to affect her.

Did anyone have a fever in early pregnancy (4-6 weeks)? How high of a temp and for how long? Did everything turn out okay? I keep reading about birth defects with fevers before 6 weeks in pregnancy.
