Currently 38w1d last check 37w3d 70%thinned 1.5cm dilated. Last couple of days i have noticeably increased creamy white discharge. Hoping this is a sign of more effacement! Any other mamas?

I was told the white milky discharge is normal and just means you are healthy. To be looking for egg white looking discharge with tinges or brown or red as part of the mucus plug, which means you are dilating more! But being that it's been about a week since they checked, maybe you could ask for a membrane sweep?

Can anyone help me I been nauseous when I woke up and after I eat I’ve puked a couple of times and then I notice I had white discharge that didn’t have any smell to it and ive felt more wet than normal and I’ve still continued to be nauseous is this a sign of pregnancy?

Remember every pregnancy is different. So that should be normal. I didn’t have a lot of discharge in my 1st pregnancy and I don’t see much in this pregnancy.

My first pregnancy and I have days where there's alot of discharge and days with a bit less but I always seem to leak some throughout the day hope this helps!😊
